Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

This web shop is operated by 911 Spoiler Fix, part of Vertras B.V., Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 59010215, info@911spoiler.com.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every order placed via 911spoiler.com.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The contract is concluded once payment has been received.

4. Delivery

We ship no later than the next working day after receiving payment, within the European Union. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Notify us by email at info@911spoiler.com. Return the product unused and undamaged within 14 days of your notification; return shipping is at your expense. We refund the full purchase price including the original shipping costs within 14 days.

A bracket that has been installed (drilled / riveted) cannot be returned, as the product is no longer in its original condition.

6. Warranty and installation

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract (legal guarantee). Installation is at your own risk and must follow the instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation. If unsure, have it fitted by a professional workshop.

7. Complaints

Send complaints to info@911spoiler.com. We respond within 14 days. You may also use the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
